Preach comes to PBHA with a multitude of both life and work experiences ranging from gang violence prevention, education, security and transportation. 15+ years working with underserved populations of youth through different capacities, primarily 10 years as a high school disciplinarian dean. For gang violence prevention Preach has done work with groups such as Street Workers and CeaseFire, along with other grassroots organizations. Preach has worked security directly in Boston and New Orleans nightlife and as a consultant for security systems set up in schools and crisis planning. For transportation, Preach has been a parcel driver for Amazon and landscaping construction dump trucks.
